Did Your Item Arrive Dammaged? - Although very unlikely, once in a while, it is possible for an item to get damaged while in transit on its way to you. If you receive an order and you believe this is the case, then please call us immediately. If necessary, we will take care of the claims process and also provide you with replacement options.
*Please Note: If the box or carton looks damaged when you receive it, 99% of the time the item inside is in perfect condition as the packaging is designed to withstand various shipping conditions. Please inspect your item carefully and call us if you have any concerns or questions.
Is Your Product Defective? - Products with manufacturer defects are very rare but do ocassionally happen. If you receive a product that you believe is defective, call us immediately to speak with a piano specialist. If needed we will issue a return authorization. The product will then be returned to our warehouse and a replacement item shipped back to you. If a replacement item is not available, we will give you various options at that time.
*Please Note: Larger items will need to be repaired at a local service center whenever possible. If needed a Digital Piano Warehouse Piano Specialist will help you find a nearby service center.
Digital Piano Warehouse 45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or you can exchange it for another product. Returned products will be refunded at the original purchase price. If your purchase qualified for our Free Shipping promotion then the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A Return Authorization must be obtained within 45 days of purchase. Please call 866-400-3040 to receive this authorization and details of the return.
Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging both external and internal. This includes all foam wrapping, styrofoam and cardboard inserts. Power cords, owners manuals and all originally included items must be included. Incomplete returns may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee. (minimum 20%). Please pack your return securely and tape it as it was orriginally received. Please make sure the item is insured for return delivery to our warehouse. Returned product must be in "new" condition. Returned product that show any wear and tear or any other signs of use may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 10-15%
